Great post! I love seeing what others eat, because I seem to get in a rut & forget about certain foods. When I saw the meal with asparagus, I actually said outloud, “Oooo asparagus! I forgot about asparagus!” lol

Very cool how you did the calorie/carb/fat/protein breakdown for each meal!

And diet soda cupcakes? Um, yes please! :)

Hey Bamma! I love Asparagus! I eat them as much as I can when they’re on sale. I just bake them with a little olive oil, salt & pepper for about 20 minutes and that’s it! Yum!

I use Livestrong.com to track my calories and the macronutrients breakdown from these foods are just a screen shot of my page on livestrong. I’ve been using it for about 3 years! I don’t count calories all the time but I do when I have a goal in mind.
